I know this blog is quite old. But I agree. Women bodies comes in many shapes and sizes. In fact, I am about 5'8 and weight about 190lbs. Yea that's seems like I'm fat but you'll be surprise to know that most of that weight goes to my boobs, thighs and ass...Mens goes crazy...lol. But just like Angel, I also hit the gym at least 5 times a day and eat proportion. I'm aiming to lose some weight, just enough to get my body fat percentage down to a healthy state. However, I still want some meat on me but in a tone way... Luv this post keep up the good job and remember ladies beauty starts with you first and the rest will fall in place:)

True, it is almost impossible to be average height for a woman and carry a slim figure in this day and age without either perfect genetics or exercise.

I liked this article. I just need to add that it's almost impossible to be 5'5", 115 lbs and be curvy. Working out does make a huge difference--beauty isn't everything but it's a lot!

I'm what, I guess, you would consider fat. However, I appreciate and respect everything you stated. I'm 5'8 220lbs, and although I'm gawked at because majority of my weight is in my breast, ass, and thigh areas; I realize this is not a healthy weight to be. But, I do go to the gym on the regular and even with all the weight I run, play tennis and even some Bball and Vball. I'll be 150lbs then I guess I'll be placed in the "thick" criteria. Your view on thick vs fat really helped me out. Thanx. Muah. Angel B.
